[ ABOUT THE STOCK IMAGES ]
All Images are the original work of the content providers [artists] or wholly owned by them without limitation.
Once you have purchased an Image in accordance with these terms and conditions, you may edit it according
to your reasonable commercial needs, but you must not use the Images in any way that contravenes Australian
copyright laws or other applicable Australian laws or related laws in the country of publication.
You must not use any Images as part of any art exhibition or installation
without the prior written consent of dishonline.com.au and the relevant
content provider.
Subject to the purchase price, all Images are non exclusive; however
dishonline.com.au is happy to negotiate terms and prices
for exclusive rights to the Images.
Any Image bought by you is for your use only; the Images, in any format including without limitation digital
files may not be re-sold, given away, donated or otherwise lent to anyone outside your business/company or self
[including inclusion on disks or hard drives sold or given away]. Designers and art directors buying Images on
behalf of clients may request the license be allocated to their client, via email, when buying Images.
All images are "royalty free" [see our terms and conditions] and may be used by you for any purpose and any length of time, subject to the terms
and conditions. However the image is only available for download for one year from date of purchase. You should
make a copy of your purchases for back-up purposes – if you should need to download the image/s again please contact us at info@dishonline.com.au
[ ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY ]
Personal information is not collected unless you have set up a shortlist, or have purchased
product from dishonline.com.au
dishonline.com.au does not collect personal information for any use
other than the administration of our services. Personal details will
not be disclosed, sold, given away or shouted across the roof tops
to anyone or any corporation. This information will consist only
of your name, email address and phone number. Credit
card details are handled by ANZ eGate's secure payment system.
While dishonline.com.au will take every reasonable precaution to
protect your personal information, it does not guarantee that such
information will not be disclosed to unauthorised persons. As your
personal information in regard to payment will be forwarded to dishonline.com.au's authorised agent, dishonline.com.au makes no warranties in relation
to the use of your personal information by those third parties. dishonline.com.au will use its best efforts to ensure your personal information is
used only for those purposes to which you have expressly authorised or implied
authorised but makes no warranty in this regard, and you indemnify
dishonline.com.au against any claims in this regard (other than
as a result of dishonline.com.au's fraud, deceit or negligence).
dishonline.com.au reserves the right to disclose such information
to law agencies if asked to do so.
Your details are stored on our database and all session details are destroyed
when you log out or quit your browser. You're not required
to login unless you wish to maintain a shortlist or buy images from our site. Your email address and password
will then be able to automatically generate your user profile and details
when you next return to dishonline.com.au
[ MODEL/PROPERTY RELEASE ]
There is no general right to privacy in Australia. As a result, there is no need to require an
individual's consent when taking photographs in public, unless it has been specified beforehand that photographs
may not be taken, or the person the subject of the photos has been paid to be the subject of the photos. However,
you should check applicable laws in the country of publication.
You must not use Images including clearly recognisable people in any way that is negative. You must not exploit
the images of these people in a radical political context, poor taste, in connection with portrayed criminal
activities or in any manner that is generally understood at the relevant time to be unacceptable to a normal person.

[ PAYMENT AND LICENCE ]
All stock is priced according to criteria set by dishonline.com.au –
the price appears on the comp/download page and next to the image
number in your image order. You may pay for the selected Images
by credit card or volume buyers may wish to set up an account sales@dishonline.com.au.
If you
nominate to pay for the selected Images by credit card, you authorise dishonline.com.au, through its authorised agent, to debit your nominated
credit card for the total amount payable for your selected Images.
You must have cookies enabled in your browser to purchase images online using the ANZ eGate system.
Safari users must change their default browser settings to "Accept Cookies: Always" enabled in Preferences > Security.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are
inclusive of Australian taxes.
Your purchased Images can be downloaded once your credit card transaction
has been authorised by dishonline.com.au's authorised agent ANZ eGate.
To view a list of your purchased images simply follow the purchased images link in the bottom section of your login panel.
To request a refund you must email info@dishonline.com.au within five working days of purchasing your image/s.
You must include your receipt number and reason for your request. Any refunds made will not include the 20% service fee.
Upon payment for the relevant Images in accordance with these terms
and conditions, dishonline.com.au grants you a non-exclusive license
to use the relevant Image in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The image/s will be available for download from the dishonline.com.au website
for a period of one year following purchase date.
Content providers can be contacted for special projects and commission
work. Price is negotiated by dishonline.com.au on behalf of the
content provider and contracts are written and provided by dishonline.com.au info@dishonline.com.au
Images are available for download as high quality jpegs in RGB mode.
For a small administration fee images can be burnt to disk and express
posted to your address. dishonline.com.au is not responsible for
the non-arrival of postal packages but will provide an postal invoice
number if necessary. Packages sent via registered post [on request]
incur the administration fee and the current Registered Post cost
as set by Australia Post. sales@dishonline.com.au
[ ECOMMERCE SECURITY ]
The dishonline.com.au website uses ANZ eGate for secure transactions.
In addition to Verified by Visa, your transactions are transmitted securely over the Internet using
128-bit SSL encryption and PKI digital certificate authentication.

You must notify dishonline.com.au as soon as possible if you know
or suspect your password has been disclosed or is being misused.

[ USING THE SHORTLIST SYSTEM ]
The shortlist system is intended to be simple and easy to use.
If you have not yet joined dishonline.com.au you will need to do
so before you can add images to shortlists or add images to your image order. You only need your name,
email address and password to join.
When you join the system automatically sets up your first shortlist and you will immediately be able to add images to your
shortlist or your image order – you will see a link to "Add to Shortlist" and "Add to Order" under the images in search result and image detail pages.
You can also visit the shortlist management area to rename your first shortlist or create more shortlists.
If you have more than one shortlist you will need to activate a shortlist, or select one to "use", meaning one to add images to when you select
them. You can select a shortlist to use from the lower login screen or in the shortlist management section. You can also
change the shortlist you're using in the shortlist management section.

IMAGE SIZES ]
Images are sold in three sizes:
- Web Ready a maximum depth or width [whichever is bigger] of 400 pixels
- Small approximately A6 @ 300dpi [10cmx15cm either way]
- Large approximately A4 @ 300dpi [21cmx29cm either way]
Square or panoramic images are sized
to approximately match the file size of the more conventionally sized images in that category.
Illustrations that are vector artwork are sold as comps and one other size only and it is indicated whether they are vector artwork or not.
Some images may be available at a larger size. Please email info@dishonline.com.au to
check for availabilty and price.
[ DELIVERY ]
dishonline.com.au delivers images digitally via a downloadable link once a purchase has been made. Please
contact us if you wish to make private arrangements for postal or courier delivery at your expense.
[ REFUND POLICY ]
