dishonline.com.au is a new Australian based digital image library aimed at
designers, art directors, publishers and
anyone who needs quality, cost-effective images.
If you've got a great eye for detail, the sublime, the ridiculous, the beautiful
and the horrifying, those unforgettable moments, emotion and atmosphere,
landscapes and cityscapes, portraits and still lifes, with a "right here
right now" attitude we want your stuff. dishonline.com.au aims to showcase and sell your work to the world via a commission system
with no upfront costs or ongoing fees.
- We prefer images to be supplied digitally – 300 dpi at A4 size
is best although we will consider A5 size should the images be exceptional.
- Transparencies should be drum-scanned professionally, however we suggest
that samples are sent to us before scanning as all images are selected by
dishonline.com.au for sale on dishonline.com.au on their individual merits.
- dishonline.com.au does offer some scanning services. Please email info@dishonline.com.au for details.
- Images shot on digital camera may be acceptable. Please email info@dishonline.com.au for details.
- We prefer illustrations to be supplied as editable vector artwork [Illustrator or
Freehand] although consideration will be given to non-editable
illustrations.
- Images should be supplied on CD or DVD with a colour proof of each image
[thumbnails are fine]. Each image must be described as accurately as
possible.
Once low-res samples have been submitted and accepted we will supply you a form
to be submitted with the CD/DVD describing each image.
All image prices are determined by dishonline.com.au and may change without consultation.
Once an image has been accepted by dishonline.com.au for inclusion on the website, dishonline.com.au will pay the content provider [60%] of each download fee. The fee will be paid in arrears via direct deposit to the account nominated by the content provider and dishonline.com.au will supply a recipient created tax invoice via email to the content provider.
This means dishonline.com.au creates the invoice you need to legally supply to us to collect your fee and sends you a copy with payment. The content provider must be registered for GST and supply dishonline.com.au an ABN (unless from outside Australia or you are claiming any monies under $50,000 as a hobby). All payments will be in AU$ and include Australian GST.
Contributing content providers from overseas will also be paid in this manner. Content providers will be supplied a record of all their images downloaded with each invoice where applicable. Prices are clearly labelled on the site; content providers may access the website at any point to check prices and details.
A contract will be enterered into detailing the obligations of both the content provider and dishonline.com.au

We provide here an example Model Release which you may use. However, such
